When I tried to do that it says Startup repair couldn't repair PC, try other options, "log file: \system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt".When I try to refresh PC, it says the drive where win is installed is locked, unlock drive and try again. I have tried to run mdsched.exe and it says error OXC000000e and I need to repair using 8.1 CD as files are missing. I am now thinking about updating the BIOS.
